Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring quality and consistency in every order
• Handle phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Cutting and boxing cooked pizzas
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Assist with food preparation, including cutting vegetables, preparing dough, and assembling ingredients
• Cooperate with other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for every customer

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pizza making, kitchen work, or a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
• Availability to work on weekend evenings is essential
• Flexibility to work additional shifts when required
