Join our team to play a key role in delivering technical expertise that shapes compelling customer proposals and ensures our solutions meet real-world needs. You’ll work closely with customers and internal teams—supporting meetings, site surveys, and demo events—while contributing to technical content, system planning, and integration projects. Your insights will help identify optimal radar placements and keep our clients informed about the latest product developments. This position reports directly to the Head of Tech Sales.

Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of technical content for customer proposals, ensuring alignment with customer needs and clearly highlighting the value proposition of proposed solutions.
  • Provide technical assistance during customer meetings as well as during sales and marketing events.
  • Develop line-of-sight diagrams for sales projects at customer sites to determine the optimal placement of radar systems.
  • Participate in and provide on-site support during company demonstration events.
  • Participate in and support the execution of site surveys.
  • Contribute to internal integration projects involving third-party systems.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new product features and developments to effectively communicate relevant updates to customers when required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or another relevant technical field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in engineering roles with a focus on technical implementation.
  • Valid Category B driver’s license is required; a BE (trailer) license is a plus.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English;
  • Strong customer focus with a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude, with a drive to deliver results and continuously seek improvements.
  • Ability to work independently in a structured and organized manner, demonstrating initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to align stakeholders toward shared objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse internal and external audiences across different cultures and backgrounds.
