We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Technical Engineer eager to develop in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Junior Technical Engineer, you will engage in a wide range of tasks, including:

• Design and drawing in CAD.
• Performing integrity and structural calculations.
• Contributing to the development of new products and technical improvements to existing products.
• Coordinating and participating in workshop testing and validation of products.
• Documenting development projects in compliance with relevant industry standards.
• Preparing technical specifications for procurement and following up on manufacturing activities and vendors, including ensuring compliance with quality documentation requirements.
• Participating in quality assurance and HSE activities within the department.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who:

• Has recently completed an M.Sc. or B.Sc. in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Is innovative, systematic, and analytical, with the ability to follow through and collaborate effectively with others.
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Norwegian.
• Is motivated to develop skills and gain experience in technical design and development.
