We are now hiring a Junior Technical Implementor to join our high-performing operational and marketing systems team. The Role As a Junior Technical Implementor, you will support the smooth functioning of our marketing and operational systems. Working directly with the Head of Implementation, you’ll help maintain workflows, optimize our tech stack, and ensure the consistency and reliability of our internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, tech-savvy, and excited to learn. You’ll be working inside platforms like GoHighLevel, Zapier, HubSpot, and other tools that power a world-class marketing engine. Training is provided but curiosity, initiative, and foundational technical experience are essential. What You’ll Do CRM & System Support Support CRM administration (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar) Manage lists, tagging, segmentation, and data hygiene Assist with system configurations and workflow management Automation & Processes Build automations between tools and processes -always remembering that every contact represents a real human Help set up and test funnels, forms, triggers, and automation sequences Perform QA checks for new workflows and tech setups Documentation & SOPs Create and maintain clear SOPs and internal documentation Ensure processes are easy to follow and consistently applied Troubleshooting & Collaboration Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Collaborate with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams Stay updated on CRM and automation best practices Success in This Role Looks Like Accurate, complete, and up-to-date documentation Reliable workflows and automations with minimal errors Clean, organized CRM data and correct segmentation Timely completion of tasks Reduced manual workload through effective automation High-quality support that improves system efficiency Requirements Experience with a CRM or automation platform (GHL, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) Basic understanding of funnels, workflows, triggers, and integrations Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to create clear, concise documentation Comfortable learning new tools and solving problems independently Confident using spreadsheets, basic analytics, and reporting tools Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple platforms Preferred (Not Required) Experience with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools Familiarity with email marketing systems (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GHL, HubSpot) Understanding of tagging frameworks, segmentation, and deliverability basics Experience creating SOPs or process maps Comfort using AI tools for documentation, QA, or automation assistance You’re a Great Fit If… You’re detail-oriented and love organized systems You enjoy understanding how things work — and making them better You thrive in a support-focused, foundational role You love processes, checklists, and structure You're proactive, curious, and eager to grow into a technical expert You enjoy solving operational challenges in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Growth-focused environment with training and mentorship Direct collaboration with our Senior Implementor and operations team Fully remote role with opportunities for advancement Access to cutting-edge tools and AI systems Competitive compensation based on experience A chance to contribute to a global mission that transforms lives Apply Now If you’re excited about systems, automation, and building operational excellence-we’d love to hear from you.
