Description

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Degree or diploma in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Food Science/Food or Pharmaceutical Manufacturing/Chemical Technology or similar discipline, or equivalent experience.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Good written and verbal communication skills with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong sense of work safety and able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing safety.
  • Detail-oriented in understanding standard procedures and follow through to task completion.
  • Physical capability including but not limited to performing repetitive work.
  • Capable of working within a team and independently.

Responsibilities
  • Perform production runs and duties per procedures under full compliance with GMP.
  • Assist in calibration, maintenance, validation, and cleaning of all production equipment.
  • Monitor and report quality issues to the Production Supervisor, lead or assist in resolution.
  • Perform and assist housekeeping duties and activities as required in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setup.
  • Document accurately and completely all procedures carried out on Control Forms as events occur.
  • Assist in improving and revision of production documents as needed.
  • Keep abreast of training and new developments by attending all training sessions as provided.
  • Perform changeover cleaning and line clearance at the termination of every shift.
  • Report equipment/system and instrument malfunctions to the Production Supervisor.
  • Participate in production and process improvements under the guidance of a supervisor.
  • Assist during company events as and when required by the organization.
