We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales Consultant to join the Strategic Account Success team. This hybrid role is based in Cardiff with and expectation of 50% office attendance each week.

• Demonstratable ability to write clean and efficient code
• Knowledge of SOAP / RESTful APIs, SFTP file access systems and task automation platforms
• A strong focus on constant learning and growth, seeking to elevate others alongside you.
• A desire to grow your skills through daily technical challenges and an enjoyment of problem-solving, whiteboarding and collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain your views clearly to others and an openness to understanding theirs.
• MS Office or equivalent (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access etc.).
• A motivation to research and self-learn but also a willingness to ask questions when answers are not immediately apparent.
• The ability to plan work and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of the business credit industry would be a benefit.

• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and use cases.
• Work with the Business Analyst to translate business needs into documented technical specifications for bespoke solutions.
• Design, develop, test and release bespoke solutions to meet client expectations using technologies such as Python, Airflow and S3.
• Provide pre-sale and post-sale support to clients.
• Review existing implementations and make recommendations for improvements to the efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Strategic Account Success team.
• Travel may be required with this role but will be infrequent.
