JOB SUMMARY:

As a Junior Technical Sales Manager, you will bridge the gap between the technical team and customers. Your role involves understanding customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a technical background to grow in a sales-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Support:
· Understand and communicate technical product features and benefits to customers.
· Assist the sales team in identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions.
· Support technical discussions during sales meetings and customer visits.
Customer Relationship Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
· Act as the point of contact for technical queries and ensure timely resolution.
· Follow up on customer feedback and work with internal teams to implement solutions.
Sales Process Involvement:
· Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations.
· Support the development and execution of sales strategies to meet company objectives.
· Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the company’s products and services.
Product Knowledge Development:
· Gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and technologies.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
· Provide feedback from the market to improve product offerings.
Reporting and Analysis:
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
· Assist in preparing sales reports and forecasts.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering).
· 1–2 years of experience in a technical or sales-related role (internships or co-ops considered).
· Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex products.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Fluency in [languages relevant to the market, e.g., English, German, etc.].
· Willingness to travel as required.
