Insight into your tasks

  • They are the first point of contact for users and process incoming IT requests by telephone, ticketing system or directly on site.
  • You analyze complex malfunctions, resolve them independently, or coordinate their escalation to second- or third-level support.
  • Through individual IT consulting, you support employees from clinical and administrative areas with technical questions.
  • You will plan and oversee the rollout and replacement of PC workstations, including commissioning and user support.
  • Setting up, managing, and maintaining user accounts and permissions is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will actively participate in the introduction of new IT procedures at the hospital and support their successful implementation.
  • Furthermore, you will contribute your expertise to digitization projects and help to continuously improve our IT services.

Your profile

  • Completed IT training, for example as an IT specialist for system integration or a comparable qualification
  • Initial professional experience in first-level support or IT service desk, as well as sound knowledge of current IT technologies.
  • Good knowledge of the ITIL process landscape; an ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
  • Ideally, experience with the processes, methods, and tools of a professional IT infrastructure operation.
  • Interest in clinical IT systems, especially SAP I-SH or patient management systems, or the motivation to familiarize oneself with this field.
  • Experience in collaborating on or coordinating projects, for example according to Prince2, is desirable.
  • A strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, teamwork skills, and a structured and independent work style complete your profile.
