Your role: Act as first-line technical support, handling incoming incidents and service requests Perform initial troubleshooting, issue analysis, and escalation when necessary Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure service continuity Support manual QA activities under guidance, including test execution and basic alidation Assist with documenting issues, test results, and support procedures Collaborate with senior support, QA, and development teams What You Bring 💪 Basic understanding of QA and testing concepts Interest in technical support and problem-solving Willingness and availability to participate in on-call rotations Good communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Nice to Have!
