Description
Consult with technical subject matter experts to research and gather technical product feature information and use cases to transfer knowledge for learning content development Establish strong collaborative relationships with cross-functional team members Keep up with current product development and develop a solid understanding of products Gather contextual information that clarifies how, why, and when an administrator or end-user might use a feature Have a strong desire to explore features to understand not just how they work, but why they matter to the users Make challenging, complex ideas, concepts, and processes simple and understandable for diverse audiences Deliver knowledge transfers to instructional team on new and enhanced features Implement and manage configuration changes in trial environments as needed Conduct testing on course content and release features and provide feedback Deliver training courses to customers, partners, and employees both online and in person Actively contribute to team's work practices which may include weekly planning, regular team meetings and periodic reviews/retrospectives A bachelor's degree 1+ year of relevant experience Experience with Salesforce.com Administration and Field Service Industry SAAS products Highly motivated, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and be willing to collaborate as a key member of the Training Department Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where self-learning and self-service is encouraged and instilled as a part of our culture Availability to communicate and/or meet with US-based team members in US time zone (min 5 hours per week) Excellent grammar, verbal and written communication skills Experience researching and writing technical content Strong problem solving and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic HTML Technical or marketing writing, technical training, training content development Prior experience in the Field Service Industry Intellectually curious to understand new and complex technologies
