MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Good people/customer skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good reporting skills
• Good Technical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Grade 12 Qualification ( or equivalent)
• A+ & N+ is a minimum requirement
• MS Windows (7,8,10) support skills are vital
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & Outlook
• Driver’s license is essential
• Passport Advantageous
