SUMMARY:

  • Assure that finished goods meet quality standards and customer requirements
  • Make sure that production is being done under GMP principles
  • Monitor and improve production and QC processes

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
  • QC training
  • English and French (written and spoken is an asset)
  • Adaptability in verbal and written communication
  • Learning capacity, initiative and judgment
  • Able to lift 20kg bags
  • Assiduity, independent, meticulous
Responsibilities
  • Actively participate in process improvements.
  • Provide technical support to other departments, when necessary.
  • Participate in the verification of the critical quality limits.
  • Hold materials from production, not meeting specs, assist with resolving issues
  • Verification of allergen
  • Perform GMP, sanitation and Pre-operational check
  • Perform on line QC
  • Ensures Food Safety principles and GMP Regulations are followed.
  • Report any food safety and quality issues to managers to initiate process.
  • Contributes to the improvement of health and safety at work.
  • Record the retained samples daily.
