Job description:
The Junior Export Market Tele Sales Executive (Arabic Speaker) is responsible for driving sales and expanding the company’s presence in GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman) through proactive telemarketing and customer engagement. This role requires fluency in Arabic and English, strong sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients in the GCC region.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, export sales, or international business development.
  • Experience in B2B sales and dealing with GCC clients is a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with GCC business culture and customer preferences.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of export documentation and regulations in the GCC is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

✅ Lead Generation & Sales:

  • Identify and contact potential customers in the GCC region through cold calling, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Present company products/services effectively and persuade clients to place orders.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to close sales deals.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.

✅ Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the GCC market.
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable product solutions.
  • Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and after-sales support.

✅ Market Research & Strategy:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities in the GCC region.
  • Stay updated on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.

✅ Order Processing & Coordination:

  • Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Assist in preparing export documentation for GCC shipments.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of client queries.

✅ Reporting & Targets:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, targets, and forecasts.
