Description
TGA Premier Sports is looking for dynamic and dedicated individuals to fill the role of Junior Tennis Coach for our afterschool programs and camps. In this position, you will have the opportunity to teach and mentor young athletes aged 5-14 in a fun and supportive environment. Your primary responsibilities will include following our curriculum and lessons plans, leading practices and drills, and instilling a love for tennis in your students. You will work closely with children to help them build foundational tennis skills, while also fostering teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. This is a part-time position, ideal for energetic and enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for youth sports and education. You will have the flexibility to work afternoons during the school year and throughout the summer during our camp programs. Must be at least 16 years old Enthusiasm for teaching and coaching children Prior experience in tennis is preferred but not mandatory Ability to work after school hours, typically between 1:30 PM and 5 PM Reliable transportation needed for travel to various coaching locations Strong communication skills to effectively interact with kids and parents Passion for promoting physical activity and a healthy lifestyle Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development Perks & Benefits Weekly pay (part-time) More hours available during school breaks and summer Weekend classes coming soon (optional) Flexible schedule (afternoons) Fun, active job outdoors Leadership role with growth opportunities --> grow into Head Tennis coach or even General Manager Pay per class is $40-50 depending on experience (can increase with TGA experience)
