SKILLS

Must have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proficiency in software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
Experience in testing and development lifecycle
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Nice to have
Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
Knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python).
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Exposure to automation testing frameworks

Assist in developing and implementing test strategies, plans, and procedures.
Execute and oversee test cases and test scripts to ensure software quality.
Coordinate with development teams to identify and resolve software defects.
Participate in requirement analysis and review to ensure testability.
Generate test reports and provide feedback to stakeholders on testing progress.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address testing issues.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
