To support our Company’s growth, we are looking for a motivated Junior Environmental Test Technician, who will be part of the Operations Unit within our Test & Validation team.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma (preferably in Electronics, Mechanics or technical fields).
  • No prior experience required, but internships or academic projects related to environmental testing or aerospace systems are a plus.
  • Basic understanding of environmental testing principles, particularly in vacuum and thermal conditions.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCES & SKILLS

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools (e.g., Excel, data acquisition software).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented mindset and a willingness to collaborate effectively.
Responsibilities

As a Junior Test Technician, you will contribute to the execution of environmental tests, with a particular focus on Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC) testing of satellites.

The activities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Support the setup and execution of environmental tests in the Thermal Vacuum Chamber (TVAC).
  • Monitor and control test equipment to ensure compliance with defined test plans and procedures.
  • Assist in preparing and installing satellites and subsystems for TVAC campaigns.
  • Collect and document test data for analysis and reporting.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to identify and address any anomalies or issues during testing.
  • Contribute to maintaining and calibrating the testing equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure all test activities are carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve processes and methodologies.
