QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0–1 year experience in media buying, preferably with TikTok or other social media advertising platforms.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok Ads Manager and performance marketing concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn data-driven optimization.
  • Creative mindset with interest in social commerce and TikTok trends.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Must be English-speaking and available 9 AM – 6 PM EST.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in designing and managing TikTok Shop ad campaigns, including video ads and in-app shopping formats.
  • Support media budget monitoring to help maximize ROI and GMV.
  • Monitor campaign performance using TikTok analytics and other reporting tools; help track key metrics like impressions, clicks, conversions, and sales.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to help develop engaging ad content tailored to TikTok users.
  • Conduct basic research on TikTok trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to inform campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the team.
  • Coordinate with TikTok vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Continuously learn and adapt strategies based on performance and platform updates.
