The Technical Program Management (TPM) team is the engine that drives cross-functional technical initiatives. We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Junior Program Coordinator to support the team by managing essential administrative, facilitation, and communication tasks. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an entry-level professional to learn the fundamentals of program management in a fast-paced technology environment. You will be the glue that keeps our programs running smoothly by focusing on: Facilitation & Communication: Facilitate meeting notes capturing decisions, action items, risks, and next steps. Distribute and follow up on these notes promptly. Facilitate the collection of weekly updates and data points from program stakeholders. Program Maintenance & Support: You'll own the ongoing consistency and maintenance of our defined operational processes, including running and monitoring adherence to key workflows like the PBMP process, support escalated issues process etc. Manage and maintain program data within Jira, including updating ticket statuses, resolving data discrepancies, and facilitating follow-up with ticket owners. Jira & Process Administration: Assist with tracking and managing Jira administration tasks such as maintaining automations, managing user permissions, updating workflows and configurations, and maintaining basic automations to support data quality across the organization. Required Qualifications: 1–2 years in Project Coordination / Operations / Assistant role Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g. Google Workspace) and an ability to quickly learn new software and internal tools. Nice to have: Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban Experience with Jira and Confluence Experience working in a technical or software development environment.
