As a Junior Trade Documentation Analyst, you’ll ensure the accuracy of complex financial documentation across global markets, supporting trading desks and driving operational excellence. You’ll be the go-to expert for drafting, matching, and managing post-trade events across a wide range of products, from commodities to equities. Location: Lisbon Main Responsibilities: Check FO trade bookings to ensure all deals are correctly captured and aligned with client documentation. Verify and match legal confirmations (electronic/physical) following ISDA standards and approved templates. Organize and prioritize incoming confirmations, ensuring accurate archiving and timely matching. Identify and resolve financial or legal discrepancies, escalating issues when needed. Liaise daily with clients to address confirmation queries and deliver a smooth, compliant experience. Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams across Trading, Sales, Legal, Compliance, IT, and global Operations. Continuously review processes to strengthen accuracy, efficiency, and risk controls. Qualifications Profile: Academic Background in Economics, Finance, Law or related fields. +1 year of experience in Banking & Financial Operations or other relevant experience (preference). Knowledge of Financial Instruments (mandatory). Fluent English and Spanish (mandatory). Strong command of Microsoft Excel. Client focus & collaboration. Organization & knowledge sharing. Additional Information (Hybrid work, with 2/3 days of work in the office in LISBON per week) The role requires working a on a US shift (1:30 PM – 10:30 PM). Are you the one?!
