Job Description Talan offers a unique opportunity for junior professionals to join a leading Corporate Banking team, specializing in Trade Finance – Bank Guarantees. No banking experience needed Join a global operations team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to international clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO Bank Guarantees – Middle & Back Office: Process client and partner guarantees in compliance with legal and risk policies Perform internal controls and keep accurate transaction records Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Trade Services teams across Europe Manage invoicing and align accounting entries Handle payments to correspondent banks Documentary Trade – Middle Office: Monitor daily operations and approvals Coordinate with Back Office to ensure proper issuance of Letters of Credit Align processes with UCP 600/ISP98 and compliance standards Escalate complex cases to management as needed Qualifications Advanced German proficiency - Mandatory Advanced English proficiency Degree in Law, Business, Translator, or related fields Attention to detail, initiative, and a strong team spirit Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Based in Madrid and available full-time No prior banking experience required—just motivation and a desire to learn.
