No banking experience needed – we provide a 6-month full training program (theoretical + practical) to equip you for success. 👥 Join a global operations team and contribute to delivering high-quality services to international clients. WHAT YOU’LL DO 🔐 Bank Guarantees – Middle & Back Office: Process client and partner guarantees in compliance with legal and risk policies Perform internal controls and keep accurate transaction records Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Trade Services teams across Europe Manage invoicing and align accounting entries Handle payments to correspondent banks 📄 Documentary Trade – Middle Office: Monitor daily operations and approvals Coordinate with Back Office to ensure proper issuance of Letters of Credit Align processes with UCP 600/ISP98 and compliance standards Escalate complex cases to management as needed 🔎 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 🗣️ French (C1/C2) – Required for international communication Advanced English – Company working language Degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related fields Attention to detail, initiative, and a strong team spirit Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools 📍 Based in Madrid and available full-time No prior banking experience required—just motivation and a desire to learn.
