E-COMMERCE RELATED:

• Participation in development of e-commerce growth plan to drive e-commerce sales in line with CEE expectations and yearly channel ambition.
• Collaborate closely with Key Account and Brand Marketing teams to ensure proper execution of e-commerce retailer strategy and trade marketing activations.
• Maintain regular updates on Ecom sellout scorecard and ensure all e-commerce assets meet Danone’s legal requirements.
• Collect and implement best practices from CEE countries and conduct post-evaluation of e-com activations.
  About you

We are looking for a Junior Trade Marketing and E-commerce Specialist with the following profile:

• Min. 1-2 years experience in the field of trade marketing and/or e-commerce in the FMCG industry
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions
• Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
• Familiarity and passion for e-commerce platforms, tools, trends and technologies
• Knowledge of shopper behavior and ability to develop activation ideas that resonate with the target audience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
• Strong track record in creating and managing campaigns
• Entrepreneurial mindset, focused on opportunities
• Flexible personality with willingness to learn new things through experimenting

Trade Marketing related:

• Act as the first point of contact between Marketing and Sales, executing the aligned shopper activation plan for all brand activities.
• Ensure information flow for new product launches, coordinating with KAM teams and updating Brandbank with product details.
• Deploy brand shopper activation plans, manage KAM/retailers requests, and follow up on retailer agreements.
• Coordinate leaflet design with the design agency and assign clear execution targets to Sales departments.
• Monitor and track actual performance behind campaigns, coordinating brand campaigns with agencies, KAMs, and Field Sales Force team.
