Role Overview The Junior Trade Operations Support will assist the Trade Operations team with day-to-day operational activities, including contract support, delivery monitoring, onboarding and KYC coordination, and financial settlement follow-up. The role is execution-focused and works closely with senior operations, finance, and commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely trade processing. Key Responsibilities Trade Documentation and Contract Support Draft standard commercial and operational contracts using approved templates. Follow up on contract signatures and coordinate with internal teams and external counterparties. Maintain organized records of executed contracts and trade documentation. Support accurate trade capture and updates in internal systems. Delivery Monitoring Monitor delivery schedules for trades. Update delivery logs and operational trackers. Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely execution and escalate delays where required. Onboarding and KYC Support Coordinate counterparty onboarding by collecting and tracking KYC documentation. Perform completeness checks and follow up on missing or expired documents. Maintain accurate onboarding and KYC records. Financial Settlement Support Book invoices in line with contractual terms. Follow up on receivables and payables with finance teams and counterparties. Assist with reconciliation of settlements against bank statements and internal records. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s/master's degree in finance, Business, Economics, Accounting or a related field. Proficient in English, knowledge of French is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups. Proficiency in Excel and good written and verbal communication skills. 0–1 years of relevant operations or finance support experience but not required.
