Collaborate with the data science team to define requirements for custom AI agents that can act as "trading co-pilots." Utilising self-starter capability while also working efficiently within a team environment Ensuring all market regulations and requirements are upheld through good communication with the system operators Upholding and living our cultural values Basic Qualifications Excellent numerical and logical reasoning skills Ability to think clearly in critical situations Strong commercial awareness and a passion for energy markets Resilience, integrity, and a proactive, self-starter attitude Clear, concise communication skills and team-oriented mindset Fluent in English, both written and spoken Preferred Qualification & Background Track record of excellence, academic or professional, in quantitative, trading, or analytical roles Curiosity and initiative demonstrated through self-driven AI projects, with a focus on improving decision-making speed or synthesising complex information. Ability to leverage AI for rapid prototyping of trading ideas or risk scenarios (e.g., using LLMs to write Python scripts for backtesting).
