  • Excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
  • The preferred candidate must be willing to travel, both locally and internationally, if required.
  • Own transport is essential.
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.

Responsibilities

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ROLE

  1. Customer Training
  • The ideal candidate should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, large or small, to facilitate learning effectively.
  • Can organise and present information clearly is essential.
  • Conduct engaging and effective training sessions, maintaining participant interest;
  • Schedule all training sessions effectively ensuring customer deadlines are met;
  1. Stakeholder Management
  • Achieve an improved customer satisfaction survey score (BMIT);
  • Raise awareness during any interactions with customers on any additional services or products EasyRoster offer;
  1. After sales process management
  • After training sessions, evaluate the effectiveness of the sessions;
  • Follow up with customers ensuring they are using the system and achieving efficiency within their business;
  1. Continuous Improvement and Innovation
  • Keep up to date with new functionality when new releases of EasyRoster becomes available;
