Titans RE is a young Real Estate Boutique based in Zurich specializing in Hotels & Residences worldwide. We are a fully remote company with a distinctive business model, yet we thrive in a vibrant team environment and company culture that keeps us connected and engaged.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3-5 years of real estate experience, ideally in the commercial/hospitality real estate
• Proficient in working with procedures and CRM systems
• Proficient German and professional English (written and spoken)
• High quality awareness, ability to work independently in a remote environment, meet deadlines
• Short-term travels might be required occasionally to Switzerland

• Onboarding: Attend to (virtual) meetings with stakeholders and support the Onboarding Team through quality checks and trainings in the analysis of profiles of investors, tenants, properties (mainly hotels) and data entry.
• Sales: Manage the sales activities with our in-house matching and pitching tools and follow-up (call and email) on pitched opportunities.
• Transactions: Facilitate the transaction initiation for Buyers and Sellers with thoughtful communication and problem-solving skills.
• Analysis: Handle the financial analysis and perform high-level valuations of commercial real estate, perform due diligence checks and contribute to documentations.
