We are seeking a Junior Transformation Analyst to support our Business Architecture & Strategic Transformation team in the Digital Business Transformation division. In this role, you will assist in designing and implementing an efficient, future-ready front-to-back operating model that supports Julius Baer’s strategic priorities. The successful candidate will contribute to key transformation initiatives, gain exposure to senior stakeholders, and develop expertise in areas such as target operating models (TOM), process optimisation, automation, AI and organisational change. YOUR CHALLENGE Support the analysis of current operating models and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across business processes Assist in translating strategic priorities into structured project plans and practical next steps Contribute to the preparation of decision papers, presentations, and business cases for management review Help gather and consolidate data for performance assessments, efficiency benchmarks, and transformation tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand pain points and co-develop practical solutions Support change management activities, including stakeholder communications, workshop coordination, and training materials Maintain documentation and dashboards to monitor progress against transformation milestones YOUR PROFILE University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field Up to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial services, operations, or corporate transformation – internships included First exposure to process optimisation methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) or operating model redesign is advantageous Basic understanding of digital transformation enablers such as automation, artificial intelligence, or offshore delivery models Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; capable of working with data in Excel and creating clear summaries Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (for presentation support) and Excel (data handling) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English and German Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude and willingness to learn Ability to collaborate effectively in teams and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment We are looking forward to receiving your full job application through our online application tool.
