• Ensure an efficient day to day delivery and monitoring of the T&E process
• Daily export of the T&E report from the system
• Perform accurate checks for the T&E based on procedure
• Make sure that VAT rules are applied accordingly
• Check that supporting documentation is accurately updated on the platform
• Liaise with Local business to tackle queries
• Participating in the reporting on the T&E activities
• Looking for areas for improvement
• Taking an active role in P2P projects
