YOUR MISSION

We are seeking a highly skilled UAV Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting the assembly, maintenance, and operation of fixed-wing UAS platforms within a fast-paced defense tech environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Basic mechanical or electrical knowledge
  • Hands-on experience with hobby aircraft, model aviation, or light aircraft
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn fast
  • Work on RC aircraft, university aerospace projects, or hands-on workshop experience.
  • CAD familiarity, soldering, composite materials
  • Drone pilot license or aviation background
  • Curious, hands-on, proactive, and a team player.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with a strong drive for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
