To achieve this, you set the bar high for yourself and your colleagues and possess the necessary skills to achieve this result in collaboration with many stakeholders (both domestically and internationally). As a designer joining our team, we expect you to feel comfortable working in an Agile team, collaborating closely with the client and team members.

As a UX Designer:

• Do you hold a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human-Computer Interaction, Experience Design, Communication, Multimedia Design) and have a portfolio showcasing your process and designs? Please attach your portfolio to your CV or cover letter.
• Do you have the ability to translate research observations into critical insights and actionable recommendations;
• Do you have experience with design workshops, arguing for your designs, and presenting to stakeholders?
• Do you have experience with industry-standard design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite?
• Do you have an excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written?
