This role is pivotal in bridging user needs with business goals through innovative design. Working directly with UI designers, developers, project managers, and clients, you’ll have an opportunity to play an integral role in shaping UX strategy and design for our projects. You’ll also be hands-on in creating intuitive designs, crafting wireframes, conducting user research, analyzing user data and translating research findings into new and improved user experiences.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As a Junior UX Designer, you’ll work collaboratively to deliver user-centric design solutions that align with project goals and timelines. You will work directly with clients to understand their needs, estimating time and effort for projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
You’ll actively use the latest UX and analytics tools to inform your designs and work within existing design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects. You’ll also play a key role in collaborating with UI designers and developers to ensure your designs are translated seamlessly into production. With opportunities to contribute to UX strategy, User research and participate in client-facing activities, this role blends design and research execution with strategic thinking.
We’re looking for someone with a strong drive to succeed, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically while executing design deliverables with precision.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 years or more experience in UX design.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to produce intuitive designs and solve user problems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and design systems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Google analytics, and adobe creative suite..
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience working directly with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality projects.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients, developers, project managers, and UI designers to understand project requirements and define user needs.
  • Provide time estimates and project plans, ensuring deadlines and client expectations are met.
  • Assist in translating client business objectives to UX strategies that align user goals.
  • Create and refine user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables for digital experiences.
  • Where possible work within and contribute to existing design systems, ensuring consistency and adaptability across projects.
  • Use the latest tools and techniques, including Figma, prototyping software, and analytics platforms, to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Conduct and interpret user research and usability testing, providing actionable insights for iterative improvements.
  • Integrate user feedback and data into design iterations to improve usability and user satisfaction.
  • Participate in client workshops and presentations to communicate design rationale and gather feedback.
  • Contribute to shaping content strategy relevant key user flows to ensure effective user friendly experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with senior UX staff, UI designers, developers and project managers to ensure design fidelity and smooth handoffs.
