JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing user satisfaction by improving the usability and accessibility of our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create intuitive user flows and engaging interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

• Design and develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and analyze user behavior.
• Utilize tools such as Figma to create visually appealing designs.
• Implement web accessibility standards to ensure all users can navigate our products effectively.
• Work with Bootstrapcss and Tailwindcss for front-end development tasks, ensuring designs are feasible within technical constraints.
• Analyze data to optimize user experiences based on performance metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
