Description
Zipdev is seeking a highly organized JR UX/UI Designer to bring structure, consistency, and scalability to a product’s front-end design. The current interface has evolved through individual design choices, resulting in visual and structural inconsistencies. We are looking for a dedicated designer to organize the existing Figma project into a well-structured, component-based design system that ensures a consistent and unified user experience for developers and end users alike. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on turning disorder into clarity, enjoys building scalable systems, and has a passion for user-centered design and visual precision. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of the Figma project and organize it into a well-structured, reusable design system Create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes based on requirements from the Business Analyst Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation Maintain and evolve the design system as new features and components are added Ensure UX/UI consistency across all product surfaces, emphasizing usability and interaction quality High English Level (C1+). 1-2 years of experience in UX design or a related role. Strong knowledge of user research methodologies and usability testing techniques. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Ability to create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of web and mobile design principles, trends, and best practices. Ability to think critically and incorporate user feedback into design solutions. Must be located in Latam. What We Offer: A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
