ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Junior UX Researcher within the Customer pillar, you’ll be part of a UX team focussing on enhancing all aspects of the customer experience including app/website usage to delivery and post order interactions.

Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Winnipeg or Toronto office & 2 days working from home
Reporting to: Lead UX Researcher

THESE ARE SOME OF THE KEY INGREDIENTS TO THE ROLE:

  • Work with Research colleagues to plan, execute, and analyse a variety of user research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, A/B testing, contextual inquiry, diary studies).
  • Apply a critical approach to user research to deeply understand customer needs, motivations, pain points, and behaviors related to food and grocery delivery.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Communicate research findings effectively through presentations, reports, and workshops.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate user insights into the product development process.
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the cross functional team.
  • Advocate for accessible and inclusive design solutions
