A confirmed junior UX/UI Designer who’s eager to craft thoughtful, elegant user experiences and stunning interfaces. You’ve already got some real-world projects under your belt, and now you’re looking to go deeper — owning parts of the product experience, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and growing into a strong product thinker. You'll join our Product & Design team to help shape how people interact with our digital products — from ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and design handoff. What You’ll Do Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand pain points and needs. Translate insights into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs. Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers. Contribute to the evolution of design systems and maintain visual consistency. Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal reviews. Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability best practices across designs. Support handoff to development with clearly annotated files and specifications. Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with digital products or SaaS. Strong portfolio showcasing both UX thinking and clean, user-centered UI work. Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Prototyping, etc.). Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, Confluence, etc. Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG). Comfortable working with both wireframes and high-fidelity visuals. Curiosity, humility, and a drive to learn and iterate fast. Solid communication skills (Explaining design decisions and accepting feedback). Proficient level in both French and English. Nice to Have Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Experience working in agile teams. Previous experience with user testing tools (Maze, Useberry, etc.). Interest in motion design or microinteractions.
