We’re NinjaTrader, a fintech company that moves fast, thinks big, and innovates, all while making sure we follow the regulations of our industry (because compliance is cool too).
As a Junior Producer at NinjaTrader, you’ll help keep the content machine running smoothly by supporting ongoing and expanded video creation across our social platforms, YouTube channels, websites, and other marketing campaigns. You’ll get the chance to put a mix of skills to work, including your technical skills, marketing learnings, artistic flair, and project management capabilities, all to serve an exciting (and growing!) user base of futures traders.
The ideal candidate will understand the basics of video content creation (camera, lighting, audio), editing (script, video, audio), and content development (content ideation, project pitches, project management) all while embracing a fast-paced work environment. They will also possess solid time management and communication skills, be highly organized, and understand how to create compelling content and edit for clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, particularly within the fintech space.
This role reports directly to the Content Marketing Manager.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Brainstorm and craft video elements to enhance blog posts, ads, social media, and other marketing materials designed to make futures feel fresh
  • Work closely with Marketing and Content to ensure all video content is up-to-date and relevant with metadata optimized for SEO (when applicable)
  • Take content ideas and turn them into real-life media masterpieces, including scripting, organizing talent, filming, and editing
  • Collaborate with the Content team and in-house SMEs to craft personal, engaging, and timely content
  • Coordinate with on-screen talent from around the organization, create effective filming schedules, and efficiently execute your content ideas
  • Work with the Content Marketing Manager and broader marketing team to create a video calendar aligned with other content marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with designers, writers, and others to deliver multimedia offerings for social media, websites, and more
