FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Junior Website Developer, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of websites across a variety of platforms, with a strong focus on WordPress, Elementor, and Shopify. You’ll work closely with our team to build and optimize responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites for our clients.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of digital sales or account management experience
• 3 years of SEO/SEM and social media marketing experience
• 2 years of Google Ads experience
• 2 years of SEO and Google Analytics experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of digital products (WordPress Website design, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Management, Programmatic Display/Geofencing)
• Knowledge of popular tools such as AHREFS, Search Console, Keyword Planner, SPYFU, Asana, Keywords Everywhere, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER INCLUDE:

• Design and develop custom websites using WordPress and Elementor page builder.
• Build and manage Shopify e-commerce websites including theme customization and product configuration.
• Implement responsive designs to ensure websites function smoothly across all devices.
• Collaborate with team members on layout, functionality, and UX/UI improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs or technical issues.
• Perform website updates, plugin maintenance, and content uploads.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Assist in launching websites and ensuring cross-browser compatibility.
