JUNIOR WEB DEVELOPER (WORDPRESS)

We are searching for a motivated and eager-to-learn Junior Web Developer (WordPress) to join our growing web development team. This role is ideal for someone with a foundational understanding of web development who is eager to grow in a full-stack environment and contribute to a global marketing platform powered by WordPress multisite.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Manager, Web Development, and work alongside experienced developers in frontend, backend, and WebOps disciplines. You’ll gain hands-on experience with development workflows, deployment processes, modern technologies, and collaborative cross-functional projects. We’re looking for someone enthusiastic about learning and committed to continuous improvement. • Assist in developing and maintaining features across our WordPress multisite network.
• Contribute to both frontend and backend development tasks with growing independence.
• Learn and follow our established development workflow, including version control, code reviews, and staging practices.
• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and designers to implement site improvements and functionality updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across various browsers and devices.
• Participate in team syncs, documentation efforts, and internal demos to share progress and knowledge.
