Job Description As a Junior Wine Guru, you will serve the needs of the business and guests by efficiently managing the day-to-day operations of the wine service areas within the hotel. The role is vital in ensuring that guests are delighted with the quality, creativity, and variety of our wine offerings, thereby contributing significantly to guest satisfaction. Since being a wine guru is both an artistic and creative role, you will develop original and exciting wine offerings to enhance guest enjoyment and increase wine revenues. Additionally, you will assist in organizing tastings, events, and promotions to engage guests and showcase our wine selection. Staying informed about industry trends and new wine arrivals will help you enrich our wine program, while supporting stock management and inventory control. Ultimately, your goal is to foster a positive team environment by sharing your wine knowledge and collaborating with colleagues to elevate the overall quality of service. Qualifications Must have 2-3 years experience in a Food & Beverage operations role, preferably with Luxury Brand experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of wine types, service techniques Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence. Strongly committed to teamwork and customer service Knowledge of inventory management, sales techniques, and event organization can be advantageous. Additional Information
