KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in coordinating technician workflow
• Help schedule and manage service bookings
• Support the team in maintaining tools and workshop compliance
• Learn to perform quality checks and assist with test drives
• Work closely with the service team to deliver excellent customer experiences
