DESCRIPTION

We are looking to recruit a Junior Workshop Engineer to join our UK Service team. Reporting directly to the European Workshop Manager, the job holder will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults of returned goods into the UK Workshop. This is an opportunity to join a highly dynamic, agile organisation and make a direct contribution to the achievement of the company’s objectives

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

• Basic technical knowledge of electronics and music technology.
• Good fault finding skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Methodical & detail orientated work approach.
• Experience with AV equipment (Mixers, Speaker, Keyboards etc) and DJ Equipment.
• Experience with MIDI, DAWs (Ableton, FL Studio, Pro Tools) and DJ Software (Serato, Virtual DJ).
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Any experience with any of our brands would be preferable, but not essential.

• Inspecting, fault finding and reparation of returned goods.
• Administrating returned goods onto the company repair database.
• Carrying out batch inspections on pre-launch products.
• Ensuring the department is always kept clean and tidy.
• Assisting other departments with the procurement of miscellaneous parts requests & technical support.
