Job Description Roles & Responsibilities : Assist in creating, training, testing, and integrating AI models into applications and services through APIs or frameworks. Develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for various use cases. Perform data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. Monitor model performance, maintain datasets, and support continuous improvement. Stay current with AI research, tools, and emerging trends. Write clear, maintainable code and contribute to internal documentation. Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications: Any Bachelor’s degree 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development or implementation. Strong proficiency in Python and key AI/ML libraries Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including model evaluation and optimization. Familiarity with data visualization tools Experience with version control systems (Git). Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), or computer vision techniques. Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and frameworks such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or LangChain. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with Flask/FastAPI, Docker, or other deployment tools. Understanding of MLOps, model versioning, and monitoring. Participation in hackathons, AI research projects, or open-source contributions.
