Requirements Qualifications: Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others. Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day. Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals. Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly. Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills. Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Associates will be responsible for delivering friendly and professional customer service while driving and operating company trucks safely in the Dallas area. Key duties also include identifying upsell opportunities, providing on-site estimates, and physically lifting and removing items of various sizes from residential and commercial locations.
