Drive & Operate: Navigate company trucks safely through Austin and surrounding areas. Get Moving: Lift, load, and remove items of all shapes and sizes both residential and commercial. Represent the Brand: Be the face of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? in the Austin community. Development: Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement. Requirements Qualifications: Great Attitude: A positive mindset and eagerness to help others. Age & License: 21+ years of age with a valid driver’s license. Team Player: Enjoy meeting and helping people every day. Goal-Oriented: Driven and motivated to achieve goals. Physical Fitness: Not afraid of hard physical work and able to lift 50lbs repeatedly. Effective Communicator: Clear and confident communication skills. Experience: Previous customer service, driving, and general labor experience is helpful but not required.
