Key duties and responsibilities Pour le Marché Français, Afrique francophone et le Liban, vos principales missions sont : * Être l’interlocuteur du Marché pour toute question juridique et / ou réglementaire * Valider toutes les pièces contractuelles avant émission (traités, lettres de résiliation, NDA …) * Etre garant du respect de la politique de souscription SCOR en collaboration notamment avec le RM, le DPO, la Direction juridique groupe, … et particulièrement quant à l’application des guidelines locaux et juridiques.
