Key duties and responsibilities Pour le Marché Français, Afrique francophone et le Liban, vos principales missions sont : * Être l’interlocuteur du Marché pour toute question juridique et / ou réglementaire * Valider toutes les pièces contractuelles avant émission (traités, lettres de résiliation, NDA …) * Etre garant du respect de la politique de souscription SCOR en collaboration notamment avec le RM, le DPO, la Direction juridique groupe, … et particulièrement quant à l’application des guidelines locaux et juridiques. Responsibilities

Act as the primary legal and regulatory contact for the French, Francophone African, and Lebanese markets. Validate contractual documents and ensure compliance with SCOR's underwriting policies and local guidelines.
