We’re looking for a Data Analyst - someone analytical and curious who loves turning numbers into stories that drive smart business decisions. You’ll play a key role in helping us understand where our marketing efforts are working best and how we can optimize our spend for maximum impact. In this role, you will: 📊 Pull queries from our BigQuery data warehouse and analyze channel activity 💡 Identify trends in engagement and performance across multiple marketing channels 🔍 Find opportunities to make marketing spend more efficient 🧭 Provide insights that go beyond the brief, uncovering hidden patterns and suggestions You’ll work full-time, with flexibility as long as you have a couple of crossover hours with the PST time zone. To excel in this role, you need: ✅ Extensive experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in an eCommerce environment ✅ Strong marketing knowledge and understanding of key marketing KPIs and channel health metrics ✅ Proficiency with BigQuery, including pulling and analyzing cohorts of meaningful data Brownie points for: ⭐ Hands-on experience with marketing channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, podcast ads, influencer tracking) You’re someone who’s both detail-oriented and creative in how you approach data. You enjoy digging deeper than the obvious and spotting trends that others might miss. You’re also fun to work with, have a sense of humor, and yes - if you regularly send funny GIFs, you’ll fit right in with our team!
