Description:
- Utilise your Administrative expertise to provide support and advice to the Justice Services North branch at Loddon Mallee
- An Ongoing, Full-Time opportunity to work with a high-performing and passionate team in the Victorian Public Service
- VPS Grade 2: $56,834 - $72,985 plus superannuation.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced computer skills including effective use of various systems such as word processing, spreadsheets, email, appointment scheduling and internet is desirable.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
In a Justice Service Centre, a Justice Officer performs reception and concierge duties, as well as administrative and business support services.
SOME OF YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Provide relief, support, and assistance in various corporate service functions within the Region as needed
- Operate the switchboard, including receiving and resolving inquiries and directing calls to the appropriate area
- Provide accurate advice and information to visitors regarding services available at Justice Service Centres in compliance with business processes.
