Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Juvenile Correctional Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining safety and security within a juvenile detention facility.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor juvenile offenders in a detention setting
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to ensure a safe environment
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks
- Intervene in conflicts and incidents to maintain order
- Document incidents, write reports, and maintain accurate records
- Provide guidance and support to juveniles in the facility
- Administer first aid when necessary
