Description Children & Families of Iowa is looking for a Juvenile Tracking & Intervention Case Manager to join our team and support youth on probation. In this role, you’ll guide and monitor probationers, help families access resources, and work closely with the courts, schools, and community partners. It’s a chance to make a real difference while gaining valuable experience in the human services and juvenile justice field. What You'll Do Supervise and support up to 12 probationers, ensuring compliance with court ordersand helping Step in during crises and serve as a positive adult role model. Conduct family assessments, home visits and facilitate group programming. Monitor sanctions (e.g., electronic monitoring) and rewards. Engage with families, schools, and agencies to connect youth with vital resources. Attend court hearings and provide testimony as needed and gain firsthand exposure to the legal process. Maintain accurate reports and records. Participate in rotating on-call duties, balancing accountability with flexibility. Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in human services (or related field) plus 1–2 years of experience with court-involved youth. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and personal vehicle insurance. Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work in varied environments (homes, outdoors, etc.).
