JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Head Coach to lead our sports program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and educate students in various sports disciplines. This role requires a commitment to fostering a positive environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and personal growth among athletes.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is essential.
• Background in Football whether tackle or flag
• Experience working with students of various age groups to educate them on sports techniques.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff.

• Develop and implement training programs for our Girls Flag Football program.
• Conduct regular practice sessions to enhance skills and teamwork.
• Evaluate athlete performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to create a cohesive sports program.
• Organize competitions and events, ensuring all logistics are managed effectively.
• Promote sportsmanship and respect among athletes, coaches, and opponents.
• Mentor student-athletes in both athletic and academic pursuits.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding athlete progress and program updates.
